The College proudly offers students who have an interest in healthcare and helping others the opportunity to complete a Certificate IV in Preparation in Health and Nursing Studies. This course offers an exceptionally high quality of learning for students, and is overseen by Central Regional TAFE lecturers.

Students who undertake this course will gain grounded knowledge in multiple fields such as the anatomy, physiology, physics, chemistry, microbiology, and health mathematics. Students learn the basics about medical equipment and procedures, how to professionally conduct medical research, develop presentations using medical terminology, and how to observe, examine, and assist clients in their needs. On completion of this course, students are equipped with the essential skills to go on to further studies in this field, or begin a rewarding career in a variety of health care roles.
